Isekai's a popular manga theme nowadays, where the main character / hero is transported / reborn from our world and into a fantasy world with elves, dragons, knights, wizards, etc. Normally they're transported to the isekai world after being hit by a big truck, like Takafumi was in this manga; though as it is a JAV themed manga of course the truck had to be the "Magic Mirror Truck." You can immediately tell this will be a comedy manga after he gets hit by that truck and lands on top of a JAV shoot. That's what's immediately different between this isekai manga which separates it from others, the main theme is about JAV. There's no isekai manga available which I know of which talks about filming JAV scenes that you'd see happening out in the wild, like one between a orc and a elf, which Takafumi interrupted.

As the elf, a JAV actress, suggested her partner be Takafumi rather than a orc with a penis which is too big and smelly for her, while the orc is still on the ground after Takafumi landed on top of him. This is Takafumi's dream come true, to have sex in JAV and with none other than someone who looks like his favorite actress, Rino. What's also surprising about this fantasy world for Takafumi is there's equipment you wouldn't normally expect to see, like a video camera and lighting equipment to brighten a scene.

As this is a new manga it started off really good with a interesting hook to keep readers entertained and wanting more. Isekai is a popular genre and learning more about the JAV industry is a good hook, as you don't often see behind the scenes shots with information about the industry, besides Kaeruno's other JAV based manga, "Manga Diary of a Male Porn Star." The closest is the manga "Filming Adult Videos in Another World," though it's more about comedy and interesting fantasy scenarios to use in JAV rather than behind the scenes, like a giant clothes melting slime. As it's doing pretty good in the rankings and it already has a confirmed physical volume release later this year it's likely this manga won't be axed anytime soon. Expect to see lots of hot otherworld fantasy sex with different races soon, like gorgons, mermaids, probably a dragon, and likely more of the elf since as she seems to be the main female character.

The art is nice, good detail (even on background characters), professional looking with no chibi (as of yet), and of course, sexy different race JAV actresses. I thought it was funny how the director in our world and the goblin director in the isekai world look the same.

The only problem I have with the manga is it's currently heavily censored with a big black bar on the characters lower half, as it's currently published online on the public platform niconico, but when the physical volume is released, on December 19th 2022, those black bars will be gone. You can still see the actresses breasts in the manga so it's not like they're censored by a mysterious beam of light or steam, otherwise it would make for a very unenjoyable manga to read.

In case you recognize the slime in the manga, yes, it is the author, Kaeruno, "reincarnated as a slime" (not to be confused with another slime reincarnation manga). The slime is an assistant to the goblin director during the JAV production.

The second chapter was recently uploaded and looks like it'll be focusing on a behind the scenes part of JAV, keeping the actress "wet" with lube down below to make for a more pleasant penetration for the actress and actor.
