For the 15th anniversary of Tameike Goro, they've reached out to one of the more notable actresses from their past in Hitomi. Upon first hearing about this I was excited at the prospect of potentially getting a new experience. This could be a nice breath of fresh air with a different studio. But maybe it'll just be another repetitive forgettable release. Only one way to find out...

Plot

The central premise here is extremely basic as it revolves around Hitomi very loosely playing a soapland girl going on a date with a male client. They spend a whole day together and do the deed several times. It's a theme that you've seen done many, many times before. In fact, you've probably seen it last month as this is EXACTLY the same plot as her previous release. On its own the premise is fine at best but when it comes off the heels of a film with an extremely similar setup, it's very repetitive.

Sex

Throughout the film's 2 hours and 15 minutes runtime it features 4 scenes in all. They range from 3 full sex scenes to a blowjob/paizuri scene. Now that latter scene is actually pretty solid thanks to her technique and great performance. But it features a very lame cumshot as she takes it in her mouth and then spits it into a tissue. I absolutely loathe that. The actual sex scenes fare decently well with a fine amount of positions and intensity. However, many of the cumshots here are fake including the creampies of course. And some of the positions are too brief. Overall the action is enjoyable but nothing too memorable.

Production Quality

Here's where a large portion of my grievances with this film appear. First off on the positive side Hitomi's lingerie piece featured on the cover is very sexy. And it's actually featured in a full sex scene and not wasted on a lame masturbation scene. But I do feel like it could have been presented better. Also, the lighting was very well done in that scene as well. But that's where most of my positives end. The camerawork is incredibly hit-or-miss. At times it's not too bad really capturing some really nice angles. But then at other times, it's terrible with the use of static camerawork. Many of the shots are so unsatisfying here and leave you feeling irritated. Not as bad as last month's video but still problematic. The pacing is another major issue. These scenes drag on for way too long. The soapland land scene with all the typical fluff is the worst offender but even the others are bogged down by excessive foreplay like rimjobs for example.

Overall Satisfaction

I went into this film with mixed expectations. While the cover was indeed nice and the prospect of her shooting with a different studio was promising, the trailer and theme didn't excite me too much. In the end, I came away feeling "whelmed" at best. I didn't dislike it as much as her previous outing but it still wasn't anything to rave about. Now one specific element that I think was a marginal improvement was her performance. Her enthusiasm as a whole is a bit better here at least. But it's still not quite a return to form as she's still lacking that "spark". In the end, I enjoyed the film slightly more than the previous video but not by much. The rehashed plot, hit-or-miss camerawork, abundance of fake cumshots, and bloated pacing really drag it down. Hopefully, her next release will be better.
