Oppaira's July 2024 JAV Watchlist ft. Momoka Kagura, Ruka Inaba, and more

Hey guys, Oppaira here. Welcome to my July 2024 Watchlist. It's been over half a year now since I've started doing this and I'm enjoying it so far. Without further ado here's the videos for this month.

Yuko Haruno stars in yet another cosplay video.

Yuko is someone I identified early to watch last year but when she disappeared I opted not to. She’s been back for a few months now and I’ve always been putting off watching her. As people know I tend to do a batch of debuts for the previous year and Yuko has been at the top of my list. All of her videos seem to be cosplay oriented, perhaps because of her life before JAV. Regardless I’m A okay with that if they want to put her in a cowgirl outfit and let her milk some guys. I'm not quite as excited for her as I once was, perhaps partially due to all the high quality debuts we've seen as of late. Either way I do think she makes the cut for the next batch and I've got to put them out soon enough that I need to prioritize watching this. In reality there might be a video I'd rather watch but at least this way I can make sure I watch this in a reasonable time frame.

Yuria lives out in the countryside and is part of a sex club. When Kana moves to the countryside, Yuria convinces her to join the club as well. It's not long before Kana becomes just as sex-craved as Yuria.

If I hadn't looked through the trailer I would have honestly never bothered with this one. It looks kind of mediocre from the onset but the two screens above share a different picture. On the left you see Yuria outshining Kana with her deepthroating ability. I don't know exactly how to describe Kana's expression, perhaps call it worry that she can't live up to Yuria's skill. On the right you have the two of them making out during sex. That was the real kicker for me, watching some threesome content with heavy interaction between the pair. I've been disappointed quite a bit recently, especially from Yuria's video with Ruri Saijo last month, so hopefully this one makes up for it.

I’ve seen this video a few times from others like Momoka and Haru. It’s only a so-so series but I always find myself trapped because the visuals are great. They tend to pick great scenarios for the scenes, this one including a tennis outfit. I always get so conflicted watching them when they’re ultra busty like Momoka and Haru because I just want to see their tits. That being said, I can’t turn a blind eye to the eye candy of Miyu and she gets so many bland videos that I’m much more willing to take this opportunity even if it’s not the greatest. I like them getting in a schoolgirl outfit as well as the office lady not having the typical blouse, all that seem far more fitting for Miyu compared to the others.

Sumire is a married woman and her husband is having trouble in bed. She decides to bring a friend over to help and then things start going well. Turns out they start going too well and he finds himself more attracted to Waka, sparking some jealousy from Sumire.

Hentai manga adaptations can be all over the place but I like the narrative here. The key thing is that the narrative gives opportunities for some real acting to occur. The embedded jealousy narrative looks nice and I like how something as simple as an onsen trip can turn into much more. I find that it's not that you need to switch things up completely but look for ways to add. Take a simple onsen video and add elements to make it more interesting, like two actresses and this compelling cheating nuance. Or of course there's the bit of them in bunny suits that adds some extra variety. It looks interesting and I'm hoping that Sumire will lay down a good performance.

Riho Shishido stars in a masturbation support video. It is themed mostly around her being your partner and getting you off. Of note, it’s done in POV with an ASMR focus.

I’ve been really enjoying Riho lately, she has proven herself to be quite the performer. I find she’s a lot better when she’s getting pounded hard or can be quite passionate so it will be interesting to see if this one in POV that won’t have those qualities can still hold up. It does still look good with POV, I have some faith in her maintaining a lot of eye contact like this one will demand. The scenarios all look good save for perhaps the maid soapland style in the washroom, but if that's the bad part then this video will be wonderful.

Yuka has a bucket list of sexual things to do and looks like having sex with her friend Aya is on the list. Even though Aya’s married Yuka is all over her, and when she realizes how great it is she comes back for more.

One of the things I find with Madonna is that they have so many “just okay” actresses. Nothing against Aya or Yuka but they’re both just fine. I won’t go out of my way to watch them the way I might for Rena Fukiishi, but when a good video comes along I’m happy to watch. This lesbian video looks hot and it’s a chance to watch two actresses there I don’t watch enough of. Your guess is as good as mine as to whether they perform well enough but I think it looks solid enough to make this month’s watchlist.

Rei Kamiki is into her stepbrother and takes every opportunity she can to get busy with him.

Rei has been great and she’s really proven herself to be quite a strong performer. She can do all sorts of wacky things, she can also do more loving things like this too. I’m hoping this one blends the two together and produces something fantastic. It looks like it has some risky elements and all the stuff I would generally want to see so I am hopeful. I can totally imagine her being wacky one minute as she convinces them to fuck right beside everyone else, then leans over and passionate makes out with him to remind him why he's okay with it. We'll have to see exactly how Rei plays it but I'm quite looking forward to it.

Momoka plays a horny mature woman who moves in next door to a college student. He can’t get enough of her tits and starts getting close to her until he can’t help himself. Of course, Momoka is so horny she’s happy to see him make a move and the two then become sex friends

Momoka has suffered the fate of many debuts at S1: very few drama films. It’s a ratio of about 2:1 for non-drama : drama and I find so many of the non-drama are mediocre. Even the dramas she has been getting have been light on the narrative elements. As someone who tends to prefer dramas I’m excited to see one of my S rank debuts from last year getting a great opportunity. It’s the right kind of narrative for her, not really placing her as a married woman but as that sort of older sister type she seems to be. I’m excited as are other fans I know and I’ll just hope that Momoka’s performing is ready to match.

Who wants to get dominated by a hot busty milf? That’s the name of the game in this one as Miki Yamase goes to town on her new boy toy.

Holy hell what a hot plot this is. Normally Center Village is really bland with the themes but somehow this one turned out nice. Cheating on her husband with a younger fella? She looks to be all over him the whole time and it looks really hot. Hell, it even ends with her being pregnant. I like Miki a ton but her videos always seem to be extremely dull, so I’m excited for one that actually looks good. Maybe CV will disappoint me but I honestly took one look at this and was bummed it wasn't already available for me to watch. You have no idea how often I lament that these busty milf actresses get dull videos and I can only hope CV keeps doing more like it.

Ruka Inaba goes on a business trip and stays at an onsen. She and the guy on the trip with her end up making love all trip long.

First off, yay, Ruka is back in action! It’s been a long time coming, especially with her teasing about it for a while before deciding to do it. I’ve written about Ruka before so I’m glad to see her back, even if I’m not so happy about a name change to Riri Haruka. As we’ve seen with others I enjoy that have come back (Rena Fukiishi most recently), my desire to watch them exceeds them needing actually good content. I’m happy it’s at least not some NTR type film but I’m still not super thrilled about it. At the end of the day I’m just glad to see Ruka back and excited to watch some new content from her.

Now that we're half way through the year how do I feel about the watchlist? It's both good and bad. Being obligated to 10 videos every month is sometimes hard and even if I do want to watch these videos I find things go over better when they're a bit more spontaneous (aka watch what I want when I want). I'm sure I've said it before but I plan a lot of things in advance to make sure I have plenty of time to watch. I'm not going to stop these any time soon but I've just noticed myself not as excited as I once was, especially when the quality month to month can change a lot. At any rate, that's what I plan to watch this month, until next time!
