Hitomi's newest monthly release has dropped featuring mostly straightforward action with little plot to get in the way. Is this a return to form from her disappointing June release or is it another bust? Time to find out!

Plot

Oppai can be very hit or miss when it comes to their plots. Sometimes they put in the effort and create some great original videos. Other times though they shoot for the absolute bare minimum, this film is one of those cases. There is absolutely no central plot or even theme to be had here besides maybe big cumshots but even then that's a stretch. It's really just a random assortment of scenes thrown together with no cohesion at all. I suppose they're going for an aphrodisiac theme as she seemingly pops a pill at the very beginning however it's not brought up ever again for the rest of the film. It really makes for a flat and dull experience. I don't need a deep plot all the time of course but at least give me something. This is just pure laziness and comes across as incredibly uninspired.

Sex

Now if the focus is seemingly on the action it better be good right? Well thankfully it is. In fact it's probably the best aspect of the film. In total there are 5 scenes spread across a runtime of 2 hours. Overall they consist of 3 sex scenes, a squirting/handjob scene and a paizuri scene. The paizuri scene is decent and features a nice cumshot. That handjob scene is very unexpected as it features Hitomi riding the actor's face as he wears a dildo strapped onto his head and she proceeds to squirt all over him. But the sex scenes themselves are the real highlight and they're all very good. There's a high intensity overall to the action and the position variety is fantastic. Plus the pacing all around is quite good along with boasting some nice cumshots. I really don't have any complaints here. It's all terrific.

Production Quality

One of the weakest areas of this film is no doubt the production quality. First I'll start with the settings which are all very drab and dull. They all feel and look the exact same. In fact two scenes re-use the same room. I'm not looking for something exotic but at least spice it up a bit. The lighting doesn't fare any better I'm afraid. Each scene features the same repetitive lighting setup. Incredibly mundane and low effort all around. On the positive side the camerawork is pretty solid at least besides just a few weak shots here and there. And her wardrobe variety is great with some really nice outfits however sometimes she doesn't keep them on long enough. As a whole though the production values feel cheap, lazy and second-rate.

Overall Satisfaction

My expectations were not that high going into this film and overall it ends up pretty average at best. Attributing to this is her performance. I wasn't too particularly impressed by any of her acting here. She definitely has some nice moments sprinkled throughout(such as the squirting scene and paizuri segments) however she gets rather loud and whiny at times. Not to mention her engagement is a bit lacking. All in all just a typical average performance from Hitomi. PPPD-680 will almost certainly go down as one of the least memorable releases from Hitomi in some time. While the action is terrific, the utterly uninspired premise and underwhelming production values leave it feeling cheap and lazy. It no doubt has some great moments but ultimately it will be forgotten about rather shortly.
