Rio was one of the last few debuts that I watched. When I get down to the last few I'm often taking recommendations from others and Rio is someone that had been recommended a few times to me. When it comes down to it, debuting at a major studio and being there for several months is the kind of thing I really value, so I wasn't too dismayed by Rio being a little less chesty than actresses I've been checking out.

Facially I thought Rio was just okay. I came into it not really expecting to like her but she wasn't half bad in reality. She kind of reminded me of Miu Shiromine if I'm being honest but she wasn't nearly as attractive. I found with Rio you could tell there was likely some work she had done with her double eyelid and puffy lower eyes and again it was just okay.

Rio's boobs were also just okay if not a little underwhelming for me. Her F cups weren't that bad but considering who I've reviewed this year they were rather underwhelming. Almost every actress I reviewed had better tits than her, she's easily in the bottom quarter if not even lower than that. It's not like they were actually bad, they had a decent shape and size and some jiggle to them it's just they weren't what I came for.

Rio's ass was just okay. Other parts like her thighs were nice but she didn't really have the shape or volume with her ass that you'd need to make it stand out. I guess I would say it's about average, there are certainly a few angles that make it look nice but in general it was pretty average and even sometimes a bit below average.

Rio's body on the other hand was rather nice. I found myself enjoying all of it, from her arms being a good size, nice meaty thighs, being fairly skinny, and some pale, smooth skin. I can hardly think of a reason not to love her body, which makes the fact that the important parts are a bit underwhelming a little sad.

As a performer her expressions and moaning often got the better of her. Even in positions where she was more dominant it never felt like she was truly the master of her domain. She'd have a good expression here or there but it would devolve pretty quickly and make you disappointed there wasn't more. It wasn't awful but you hope to see actresses who can hold it together a little bit more than this.

Rio, like fellow IP debut Sayaka Nanjo, had some very powerful orgasms at times. I like things that are different than others and the powerful orgasms definitely stand out. It was unfortunate she didn't squirt where Sayaka did and honestly the fact that you could watch the same thing but with Sayaka squirting too made Rio's feel a bit worse than it otherwise would have.

One place where Rio did differ from Sayaka was the cum play in the video. She was happily playing with that cum in her mouth which was an interesting take. I felt like it was a bit underwhelming when she didn't swallow and it made the whole thing feel a little bit out of place. Like sure, I never expected her to swallow, but then the cum play without the swallowing is just always going to feel like a letdown.

I did find myself enjoying Rio's blowjobs. She maintained a solid level of eye contact and seemed to know what she was doing. It wasn't some mega deepthroat special but I think anyone would be happy getting a blowjob from her.

First off the video had pretty good variety in all qualities. Scene variety came with things like a blowbang with cum play, sex in the lobby at night, or even a final scene threesome. Outfit variety came from her wearing a traditional white uniform, a black uniform, and even a slutty pink one you might see as a slutty nurse halloween costume. The performance from Rio was a mixed bag and dragged the video down a bit, not really conveying as much strength as you'd have hoped for. I hoped for something a lot more engaging from her and it often felt like I was being a little let down in some areas. Little things made up for it like cum play, solid blowjobs, or powerful orgasms, but with her performance not really standing up as high or those powerful orgasms being dry it just didn't have the ultimate impact I was hoping for.

Rio's career has been going fairly well. She's been active for several months now and shows no signs of slowing down or leaving any time soon. She's also got her first IV with Rebecca. That's the mark you hope for with a new debut that you honestly don't see all that often in this new AV law era. Especially with her getting strong themes like this nurse one or plot videos now I would say it's going amazingly well.

Rio also has her first VR after just three videos with IP. I don't know if that's the fastest I've ever seen it but it's a good sign for sure to get it quite that early.

I wouldn't say I dislike Rio but at some point I need to ask myself this simple question: why her? What makes Rio stand out? What makes me want to watch her? She doesn't get the best marks in any category and even among IP there are better actresses. Even Sayaka Nanjo from this year I think is better but if I'm comparing her against the rest of the crowd there's still Kana Momonogi, Momo Sakura, Himeka Iori, Hikari Azusa, or even the debut they're having next month Mitsuri. To me I'd put Rio more in a category with actresses like Miu Shiromine or Mai Kanami. She's not bad but you can find better, and I'd probably err on the side of never watching her again or maybe watching her just once. Again, she isn't bad but there's just so much competition, especially with what S1 has pulled off this year, that I just don't see Rio comparing to them.
