JAV Director Oppaira - Milfy Apartment - Season 1 Episode 2

Hey guys, Oppaira back with episode two of my series Milfy Apartment. If you haven't seen the first episode or the series overview please check them out. Without further ado I present episode two.

Yuki moves to a small town to live with his step-grandmother while attending college. Miki happens to be the landlady for a small apartment complex, and unbeknownst to Yuki it's filled with gorgeous older women. In episode two Yuki is introduced to Yumi Kazama, one of the residents who happens to be Miki’s best friend. She is a widow who hasn’t had much action in some time and seeing Yuki she gets some naughty ideas in her head.

The episode opens up with Yumi walking down the apartment complex hallway when we see her stop in front of one of the rooms. She peers in through the window and we see an expression of shock on her face. The camera then changes and we see into the apartment seeing Yuki and Ryo having sex. They’re off in the living room at this point, away from the window and oblivious to Yumi. We look back at Yumi for a minute seeing her touching herself with some lewd expressions on her face. After a minute she catches herself, freshens herself up, and is on her way.

One of the things I’ve always wanted to do with this series is to have events that show characters from other episodes. Nothing screams narrative like having past and present episodes intermingle. While this can be hard to do because cameos would be hard to justify from a cost perspective, doing it this way is easy enough. While filming the past episode I can get them to have sex in the living room for a minute or two and show it from a far away angle to capture the perspective of Yumi peering in. You won’t see both Ryo and Yumi on screen at the same time but I think that’s okay. As long as I film extra stuff each episode to do things like this then I can get away with quite a lot, especially if I plan out a full season at the start and know exactly where I need these. It also makes it really easy for me to make changes to who stars in videos.

What I'm imagining is something not quite what the images depict but I think they get the idea across. Imagine the guy outside in the first image is instead Yumi Kazama and that inside is Ryo and Yuki having sex like in the second image, off in the distance a bit but still visible the way Meguri is in the first image. And then imagine Yumi touching herself like Meguri is in both clips, but just for a moment before leaving.

We are first introduced to who Yumi is when Yuki wakes up one morning. He comes out of his bedroom to find Yumi already over playing cards with Miki at the table. He sits down beside Miki to eat his breakfast and she introduces Yumi as her best friend who is yet another resident of the apartment complex. Throughout the scene Yumi is getting to know him and quite frequently subtly complimenting him, saying things like “Miki it must be nice to have a strapping man to help around the complex”. Yuki is a bit flustered at this, especially with all the weird glances Yumi is giving him. The scene ends when Yuki finishes his meal.

This video has a much more interesting opening to it where Yuki is oblivious to the fact that Yumi knows what he has been up to. This allows her to tackle things from a very different perspective. Yuki isn’t as immediately attracted to her as he was to Ryo in the first episode but we’ve already set the stage quite nicely for Yumi to come onto him. This clip from the miru video above (featured in my top 25 of last year) indicates what it might be like (just imagine that's Yumi on the left and Miki on the right).

In the first real scene we see Miki leaving her apartment when she runs into Yumi. Yumi mentions she’s looking for Yuki, she needs to buy a present for someone about his age and wanted some advice. Miki mentions he’s at home and we see Yumi enter the apartment as Miki walks off thinking nothing of it.

When Yumi enters the apartment she sits down on the couch next to Yuki and starts asking him what boys his age like. Eventually she leans over and whispers in his ear “I bet you love older women too”. Yuki is immediately flustered and protests before Yumi mentions that she saw him and Ryo the other day and Yuki has to give it up at that point. Yumi then places his hand on her boob and the scene goes from there. The scene continues until the two of them eventually have sex together on the couch.

Generally speaking I am against opening up with sex scenes because I don’t think the context is set for them to have gotten that far. That being said I think this video provides the perfect setup to make it work. The fact that Yumi already had her foreplay moment and is a lonely widow sets it up for her to be so into it that she can’t contain herself the first time an opportunity arises.

Also, as I’ve mentioned before, I need the actress in this one to be the more dominant one because Yuki isn’t immediately attracted to someone as mature as Yumi. She might be listed as in her mid 40s compared to Ryo in our first episode being 40 but I think we can all agree Yumi looks quite a bit older, so again, Yumi has to be the one leading here until Yuki learns to love mature women. I still intend for Yuki to like what's going on but to not be so sure about how much he likes it.

Yumi is over for dinner and we see the scene start with the empty plates on the table. The trio are chatting while Miki starts taking the plates to the kitchen to clean up. Yumi tells Miki to sit down and relax after making the meal and that she and Yuki will clean up. While cleaning up Yumi grabs his cock and starts teasing him. “How hot would it be if I sucked you off right now with her right over there”. Of course, that’s exactly what she does and we proceed to have her secretly tease and suck him off until he nuts in her mouth.

My philosophy here was to pick a foreplay scene that was risky and at home. There are plenty of options for sure but this is a tried and true one that was simple enough to pick. I expect something like these scenes we've seen in Oppai's GES series where Miki would be off in the back at the table but the actress would be there getting him off. I wouldn't intend to make it overtly risky and I would have Miki facing away from the kitchen to downplay it, potentially having her on her phone.

In scene three the three of them are up late at night hanging out at the table when Miki mentions she’s tired and is heading off to bed. “Yuki will keep me company for a little longer, won’t you?” Yumi says. As soon as Miki leaves Yumi leans over to start making out with him and the two start having sex at the table. During the scene Miki comes out of her room to go to the washroom and the two of them scramble hiding behind the kitchen counter, continuing the action, until finally finishing somewhere between either the kitchen or dining room table.

Knowing I wanted a lot of the content to take place at Miki's I had to come up with a few more ideas about how to keep the content still at their place and feel different. I was always thinking about this series from Madonna where the guy is staying over and the actress comes onto him. It wasn't so much the theme but the way it presents itself as a night scene with them just hanging out and it turning sexual. Pretty easy to do and pretty easy to just toss in a little something risky. I might honestly film the risky bit as an extra portion after the scene where I can make some cuts to it so that I can decide if it's actually necessary. The video itself is going to be plenty risky and it might honestly overload the video in a way we don't need to. Not to mention the fact that I do intend to film a few extra bits here and there to give myself some extra room to do fun things later on in the series.

In the fourth scene the three of them are watching TV together. Yumi and Yuki are together on one couch with Miki on another one positioned in front of them. In the back Yumi starts teasing him a bit and Yuki goes absolutely nuts thinking they’ll get caught, so much so Yumi has to cover his mouth. Yumi simply pulls his cock out and starts jerking him off right then and there. As the scene goes on she goes back and forth between a handjob and a blowjob as we also go back and forth with them not getting caught. While Miki is looking at the TV she does chat with them and even turns around a couple of times, prompting Yuki to cover up with a pillow.

My inspiration for this scene came from my favourite Julia video, her GES entry. The idea of the other person being right there in the scene and oblivious to what was going on behind her is a great way to keep a scene nice and risky. One of the things I have always hated about some of those entries is how it was a bit too risky. I always felt like they ought to have been caught sometimes because they managed it poorly, so doing it like this where the pillow was covering them up and it was primarily a handjob should make it much more reasonable. The concept is still more or less the same with them doing something risky practically in front of her.

Our scene opens up with a corner view of Yuki’s room showing a bulge in the bed covers. Yuki is woken up and pulls up the covers to find Yumi sucking him off. At first he’s quite flustered wondering what she’s doing and protesting that they’ll get caught. Yumi mentions that it’s fine and she continues sucking him off.

A few moments later Miki calls for Yuki and comes into his room checking up on him. Yumi hides behind the bed and Miki mentions she’s going out to run some errands. After Miki leaves Yumi comes out and continues jerking him off, mentioning how hot that was and how much she’s missed the days in her youth when she was wild. Yumi then climbs on top of him and the two proceed to have sex to round out the end of the final scene.

I kept wondering how I would make the final scene work until it dawned on me that I could just have Yumi be there randomly. The truth of the matter is that best friends are given a bit of leeway. It wouldn’t be strange for Yumi to be there at Miki’s all the time even at strange hours of the day. First thing in the morning? Actually not that unreasonable if they’re best friends. I figure that Yumi can be over, mention that she’s leaving, and secretly sneak into Yuki’s room.

I also greatly prefer the idea of her hiding beside the bed as opposed to under the covers just because under the covers is always so obvious.

The video ends with Yuki fucking Yumi while she is up on the counter with Yuki monologuing over it.

My name is Yuki and I came to live with my step-grandmother as I go to university. I thought living in the countryside would be awful but as it turns out it is the exact opposite. I first met this hot woman Ryo who went wild for me, and just as I thought it couldn’t get any better my step-grandmother’s best friend Yumi showed up and went even wilder for me. I was dubious at first about someone the age of my step-grandmother but man some of these older women are absolutely wild. It’s only been a few days since I got here and things are already going crazy, I won’t survive if this keeps up.

I imagined this bit to be exactly like this scene from a recent Ai Sayama film that made my top 25 of last year. That part was a brief montage and just had her up on the counter having sex. I'd have the dialogue over it as the video shows them having sex and fades out during the scene. We're not really trying to do anything special just end the video on a high note. I like the opportunity to have it end with him monologuing as it makes perfect sense to me.

In our first episode we went in the direction of picking a more palatable actress in Ryo, so this time around I was much more willing to pick an older actress. I mentioned it in my overview post but the idea is for Yuki to realize that he likes milfs. Not everyone is so into them, especially if you get to Yumi’s age, but our boy Yuki will soon learn. There were definitely a number of actresses I had in mind (especially Maki Tomoda) but ultimately I settled on Yumi Kazama.

For me the big deciding factor was finding someone the age of Miki Yoshii. According to Madonna she should be in her late 40s right now so it eliminated most of Madonna’s roster right off the bat. I figured that I wanted to pick one of the faces of the roster and keeping it with actresses on Madonna’s main label roster that meant I was using Yumi here. There’s very few actresses on the main roster even close to her age and Yumi is within five or so years meaning she’ll look a lot closer to her in age compared to some actresses over 20 years younger.

Another big part of the episode philosophy was trying to tie in Yumi’s relationship with Miki into it. As with Ryo’s episode before we saw him spending more time at her place and with them being best friends it felt like we could do the entire thing at Miki’s and make things a little less suspicious. Doing so also allowed me the option to make it all that much more risky. Like I said in my overview post for the series, the intention was always to make things a little bit risky. Not every episode will be this risky but that’s the benefit of a series like this where I have so much freedom, and I like taking the opportunity to make this one quite risky. At the end of the day though all I need is for Miki and Yuki to be in every episode and for there to be something each episode. It's going to be a bit of a running gag that Miki doesn't know despite all the opportunities for her to catch him.

Speaking of series continuity that is one of the great benefits I have with this series. It’s easy to do flashbacks to other parts of previous episodes and seeing the same pair episode to episode gives us that high overlap. As I mentioned, I probably won’t be having past and present cast members together in a scene just because cameos would be far too expensive but I do intend to film just a little bit extra each time around to do little things. You can honestly get away with a lot just by tinting the video and showing another actress in the picture like above, especially if it's from a non-primary angle. Like I said, think like you're trying to run a business: flashing back to previous episodes helps make people interested in those older episodes they might have missed, and we can throw up a caption just to indicate it was from a previous episode. This episode in particular starts off in a way where the flashback isn't necessary because it ties in directly with the first episode but in future episodes I'm very likely to flashback to past episodes.

I hope you've all enjoyed seeing another of these episodes. As I've said before, I intend to do a whole 12 episodes, one each month. I've got every episode planned out already so it should be totally doable. I'm starting out a little bit slow with some of the episodes but I promise next episode will kick it up a notch.
