'Phantom Dream' is primarily a solo adult film with Megumi Haruno. I classify it as being mainly solo because there are some scenes in which another girl appears. The film, produced by the studio Orustak Soft, is very well produced with a high production value. The scenes are beautifully shot with Megumi looking absolutely gorgeous and sexy.

The movie consists of mostly indoor shots along with some scenes shot at a swimming pool. Megumi wears several sexy attires throughout the shoots. Some of these attires include- a sheer top and skirt, a short gray dress and a couple of leotards. She walks around the house in high heels while wearing these enticing clothes. There are many highly arousing scenes of her posing on a sofa or a bed, rubbing her breasts and caressing her vagina over her panties. But the best scenes come from the swimming pool. The camerawork capturing her swimming in the pool is excellent and the scintillating underwater shots raise the quality of the entire movie. In other scenes, she poses seductively in a variety of positions like bent over, legs spread open and doggy style. The scenes in which the other girl appears are done quite artistically. The girl is left faceless as the camera never pans to her face. She sits behind Megumi and caresses her breasts and vagina through her underwear. 

Another highlight of the film is the bathtub scene. Megumi is seen wearing a transparent white nightgown and a white thong. When she enters the bathtub, the nightgown becomes completely transparent in water. Lightning is wonderfully used in this scene to make it appear that the bathtub is surrounded by white light, creating an aesthetic effect. Cinematography is also well done with the camera photographing Megumi in the bathtub from above. This is the scene in which Megumi takes off her panties and the entire sequence is beautifully shot.

Even though the movie is mostly conventional, it is directed with a sure hand. The editing stands out as the shifts between different scenes appear seamless. The production quality is really high as the setting for the movie looks expensive and luxurious. Megumi looks terrific in all her wardrobe changes and the scenes are erotic and thrilling. The excellent cinematography elevates ‘Phantom Dream’ over other movies in the genre, making it an extremely seductive watch not to be missed.
