Best JAV Videos of 2024: Sweaty Mio Ishikawa, Rei Kamiki gets weird, and Aika Yamagishi on the prowl

It's a New Year, but we aren’t ready to say goodbye to 2024 just yet. Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be listing off the best videos of 2024. Noting not only the best of the best but also the most interesting, special, and odd videos to come out last year. In no particular order here are my Best JAV Videos of 2024.

The NEET genre exploded and took over JAV last year so it seems appropriate to start with them. We begin with Akari Mitani’s and my favorite video from last year. It’s a documentary-style video with a camera crew looking into the whole NEET/Widow phenomenon. Trying to learn about one and seeing if relations with men will turn them away from that sheltered life. As she starts having sex, her libido is reignited, and she takes on unusual new tastes.

The video has all the trappings of a NEET video but excels because of the star’s commitment and the surprisingly rough sex. Akari goes all into her weird character and gives us a truly strange, awkward, and socially misfit woman as our NEET. A truly offbeat woman that starts spouting off about the end of the world while getting face fucked.

Speaking of face fucking, the video is also surprisingly deepthroat-themed as the sexually awakened Akari finds a new taste for getting her throat filled up. By the end of the video, Akari is a sex fiend who is happily exploring her new kinks. It’s a fantastically acted and presented video that delves into its theme with its socially awkward character and as a bonus gets kinky. My favorite NEET video and one of my favorites from the whole year.

Our next video gives us the same true-to-life social awkwardness but does away with the comedy for a more muted performance and straightforward story. Our plot is about a social worker who comes to visit a woman who is closed off to the world. Mahiro Tadai does great work as the quiet and sheltered life woman in a nearly silent role. Her character also has an oral fixation and must be sucking on something at all times. A quirk her social worker decides to use to his advantage.

It’s a simpler take on the genre but the directedness of the drama along with Mahiro’s stellar acting, turns it into one of the best NEET videos of the year. When you add on Mahiro’s sucking and licking fixation and that phat ass then you have a NEET that is must see. Her pouty and thick lips work into all of the sex and when she gets bent over, fans are treated to a glorious sight of the dump truck this shut-in is packing. A terrific and straightforward drama that nails the heart of the premise while delivering great sex. 

The last of the NEET videos comes in with Nene Yoshitaka’s entry with Faleno which I have written about before. Now this makes it on the list for a few reasons. One Nene plays the role nicely and is always pleasing to look at while the slow measured sex is delightful. But the biggest reason is for the video’s light and sweet tone. This is one of the rare NEET videos that has a sweet story with a happy ending. For a cute and light-hearted take on the social issue, check out Nene’s pleasant take on it.

Next up are a trio of videos where the women are all in charge of the action. First up is Mia Nanasawa’s terrific Yandere video where she plays a super clingy girlfriend who finds out her boyfriend might be looking at other women. A super jealous woman who decides to lock him down but locking his dick deep into her mouth and pussy. Turning his home and work life into a 24/7 fuck fest of very attentive if demanding sex.

Mia’s Yandere character is so fun and one she always plays so well. She has such a sweet and innocent vibe that it is such a fun trip when you see her play such twisted and mean characters. The sex is equally fantastic with her putting the same care into their lovemaking with loads of dirty talking. It all ends with a great finale where Mia gets her comeuppance as her boyfriend has had enough and fucks her brains out which ultimately plays into her hands. If you like seeing crazy women having crazy hot sex then this is for you.

We move from Yandere’s to maneaters with Aika/Ayaka Yamagishi. She along with director Nao Masaki revived Nao’s old series where women would ambush men for quickie sex. A fantastic series where the women aggressively and relentlessly fuck men until they are completely drained and crying for sweet mercy. A terrific slut video with a very aggressive and playful Aika.

The most inventive scenario has her interrupting a JAV scene being filmed between a man and woman and taking over. The best scene overall is the intro scene where Aika ambushes a guy doing a photoshoot. She shows us a rare look at her crazy side with the way she dominates that guy which includes some water play and Aika letting us hear her maniacal laugh. Now this is how you bring back an oldie but goodie.

Now for an aggressive woman of a different flavor with Yui Hatano the real estate agent. This pushy saleswoman and her company have set up a surefire system to make sure they can seal the deal with ample use of Yui’s pussy. A magic mirror video that has Yui taking husbands aside so they can have sex while his wife takes in the house. It’s an inventive use of the old gimmick. A great low-key slut video with a different type of aggression that is less in your face.

The video's premise suits the veteran Yui so well with her playing less of a character and more so being herself. Yui is assertive, bold, playful, and relentless as she slowly wears down the men with her dirty pillow talk and more importantly her body. The two are cuckold the husband’s wife who we can see in full view through the one-way mirror. The Yui Renaissance or Hatano-ssance is real and after all this time Yui can still deliver the goods and close the deal.

Our last of the aggressive ladies ends with Miki Akai of Madonna. The jiggly and curvy Miki is pure slutdom in this terrific story about an in-law wanting an heir and wanting it by any means. You can forget the plot however because this video is just a vehicle for Miki to be the biggest slut she can be for 2 and a half hours. A fantastically messy and sloppy video where Miki is frothing at the mouth to pounce on some dick. The highlight of the video comes during a scene where Miki makes aggressive and expert use of an Onahole while the man is tied down. A great straightforward video with one hyper-aggressive slut.

We cool off with some sweaty videos and start with Mio Ishikawa. Mio is like a bowl of warm soup; comforting and a safe option. She dazzles with her adorably cute face and pure innocent persona. So this video came as a surprise because of how well it highlighted her body and passionate performing. Mio’s petite and lithe figure looks incredible in the movie, especially in the first scene with her tight grey top and panties. Her clothes clung to her wet body. On top of that was how steamy and lustful she got during the height of scenes, not something I've come to expect from the Moodyz superstar. Fans of Mio should easily like this film and others could become new converts to Mio. 

Breaking a sweat for us next is Nami Okimiya. A promising up-and-coming milf with Madonna who stars in a summer-themed title about a man returning to his hometown and meeting his old neighbor again. Nami was terrific as the slow and sensual older woman who happily partakes in her desires. The video also has one of my favorite shots of the year with Nami in a yukata as she slowly reveals her amazing figure in the daylight while glistening wet.

Now to the oddities and we start with Senz, one of the best makers of weird JAV in the business. Our video is a faux documentary about a rich and eccentric billionaire who loves JAV and comes to Japan to learn more about the videos he loves. Flanked by his sides are a small squad of lady bodyguards who are there to protect him and to keep his libido in check. The ladies with their cool shades and fresh suits all play the scenario comically serious. Which makes for a fun contrast to the silly positions the crazy billionaire puts them into. It’s a fun and surreal video that also delivers some great sex.

Honnaka’s massive orgy special didn’t want to be any old normal orgy. Instead, they gave their actresses a series of interesting and odd scenarios to play out. And none were weirder or stranger than the Cavewoman scenario starring Sumire Kuramoto, Mizuki Yayoi, and Mina Kitano. Great performers who went all in with their Neanderthal-like characters. Grunting and whooping like prehistoric humans while they fuck a time traveling man. The absolute commitment from all the ladies and how hard they went with their characters was one of the most memorable performances of the year. Keyword: memorable.

We end with Rei Kamiki’s wild Christmas special. Coming in early last year, it’s a Konbini (convenience) video about a woman who switches minds with a pervy and crazy man in a Santa suit. The ensuing chaos is of Rei causing havoc around the store during the holidays.

We like to fit actresses in boxes. These types do these sorts of videos and so on. So seeing Rei do this type of video and the way she went about it was like whiplash. Rei dives headfirst into the role of the unhinged troublemaker with reckless abandon. You have to give credit to actresses when they try something new and different. Her being with SOD who likes their fair share of weird and audacious porn certainly helps.

As a piece of porn for titillation, it’s not the best. As a piece of weird smut that you have to see to believe. Very memorable with her wacky antics and over-the-top reactions. From her duck walking around to her surprised reaction after deepthroating a dick to her fist bumping her bros during sex. It’s odd, weird, not great fap material, but man is it memorable and comes from an actress none would’ve expected from. Memorable to put itself on the best of list for 2024.
