Intro

Maki is an actress that has been around for a long time, and someone I've known about for years but never really gotten into. I first watched her many years ago but she was more of a side character to a video rather than the spotlight actress me. Over recent months as I've been coming to love Madonna and the women there, I've been watching a ton of Maki. Maki is now someone I feel like I need to be telling others to watch, so here I am saying you should be watching her.

Maki early days were spent as a mix of freelance and exclusive, really kind of going through the gamut. As someone who has been around for over 15 years she's had a lot of opportunities throughout her career to do kind of whatever she could. She has always been pegged as a MILF, however, so she's been a bit limited in that regard. She's been exclusive for studios like Tameike Goro in the past and has done freelancing for various MILF studios like Madonna, Venus, Ruby, and Nadeshiko. Being in her early 30s and very popular she also had a lot of opportunities across the board, so it wasn't quite what you might typically see.

These days she's exclusive to Madonna, which she has been since early 2019. It's a pretty standard career transition for people to move over to Madonna when they start becoming more mature. Especially with Maki being in her 40s now it makes a ton of sense for her to be there as a Madonna exclusive. It's a bit surprising that she's still on the main Madonna label instead of their Monroe label (which is for women 40+) but I guess they want some amount of veterans on the main roster and Maki definitely fits that bill. Either way, this popular MILF has got all the support of the studio behind her.

Physical

Facially I find myself enjoying her but not as much as I'd like. Maki definitely has signs of aging, you can totally see her crows feet. I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing, and I think actresses reaching their 40s or 50s showing signs of aging just makes sense. I find it contributes to a more mature look they present, and especially if you watch their videos expecting an older lady, it's actually a strong benefit for the actress. It's one of the reasons I like Maki Tomoda so much, so Maki Hojo heading in that direction is fantastic to see.

Maki's boobs are not particularly my cup of tea. I tend to like boobs that are a lot bigger than hers so hers unfortunately don't do much for me. All things considered they're not that bad, they still have some jiggle to them and her slimmer body makes them stand out a bit more as compared to if she was a bit heavier.

I find with Maki's ass I tend to be a bit all over the place with it. Sometimes it looks very mediocre the way you might expect a mature woman at her age to put forward and other times it looks not half bad. It's really a gamble based on how she's positioned and I find myself a bit frustrated with her. I think it really comes off as a bit bottom heavy for an ass rather than an all-around round shape, so there are just some positions that are not pleasant and some that are fairly enjoyable.

Maki's body is actually fairly nice for someone her age. Mature women can be all over the place with how slim and toned their bodies are and Maki's is quite nice. Even for someone 20 years younger than her I wouldn't be unhappy with that body, which is very comforting as a fan.

Performing

Maki is quite poor at assertive performances, I think. She always tends to moan a lot more than you would be comfortable with. It makes those videos feel like they're more submissive than they should be. I think it also goes with her facial expressions where she tries to be a bit more sensual than assertive and they make the assertive things come across very mediocre.

The flip side to this is that Maki is quite good at slightly submissive performances. She's quite nice at straddling this line between enough assertion and enough submission to make it feel good, so anything where she's not too far in any direction come across very well. She can really make something seem personal and and sensual, and especially when she's in a video with some sort of inexperienced guy she can really give him enough of a rope to enjoy the sensual experience she puts forward while also leading him along herself.

Maki is also excellent with her facial expressions during the plot. She's very expressive, more than most actresses, and it helps sell the narratives a bit better.

Recommendations

If you're interested in an awesome manga adaptation then this one is absolutely for you. While the plot is a bot more complex and nuanced the action far makes up for a bit of confusion (and honestly, you can just throw the description from DMM into a translator like Deepl and call it a day). The biggest highlight of the video is the dynamic her costar Ruka Inaba brings to the table. In one corner you have the schoolgirl Ruka and in the other you have the hot MILF Maki. The plot really takes off when Maki enters the mix showing the inexperienced Ruka how it's done. As I mentioned earlier, Maki does well when she's not totally submissive or dominant, and this video really gave her that opportunity. She was able to show Ruka how to really handle a man, while at the same time the man was super experienced so she wasn't being totally dominant. I found that bit of spice being great to really make sure  Maki wasn't ever too submissive and had just the right level of engagement.

If you do want to check out something with Maki by herself then I would 100% recommend this one. Maki ends up taking care of a younger, virgin guy who is just so unbelievably horny. She sees him taking it too far, trying to sneak a peek of her or using  her clothes for some aid. Eventually she takes pity on him when she realizes her own sex life is lacking, and of course something innocent at first turns into way more. This is definitely the video that highlights the selling point of Maki, which is her ability to straddle submissive and dominant expertly. Especially for this one where there were certain periods of her giving him his first experience and needing to be very sensual, or other moments where she had to be upset with him (stop stealing my underwear, why did you creampie me, etc.) and she just seemed right at home with it. This was also easily one of the best directed videos where the narrative played out really well and the camera angles captured all of their desires. The sexual tension was off the charts and you could really sense how Maki was feeling as she went from being frustrated at this guy to being his lover. This is actually probably the best sensual performance and video I've ever seen, and it's really worth all I make it out to be.

Conclusion

Maki is a mature woman that, looking at her now, I wonder why I was never into her. Well, there's the obvious answer, but over the past year watching her I've been insanely impressed. She's got a lot of great qualities to her and is clearly one of the big names in that space. Maki's also someone who I think still has a fair bit left in her. She's been around for 15 years and yet I never feel like Maki isn't enjoying her time. Madonna is a studio that's a great home for actresses like her, and I think some of their roster really tests how attractive people can find older women. Maki may be in her mid 40s but that doesn't seem to be an issue whatsoever, and honestly she's at that golden spot where her being older makes her more attractive (because you can't believe someone at that age is that attractive). Especially with how in-shape Maki is, you know there's still many great years yet to come.

I really think more people should be watching Maki Hojo and hopefully I've convinced a few of you to do so. Until next time!
