It's thick sturdy vinyl that is sticky and couldn't be shinier or more slippery.  Seriously, turn the sound up so you can hear the crinkle of the plastic.  Kasumi teases by riding a lucky guy in her matching red vinyl panties.  Kasumi wears the dress the whole time, which even includes matching sleeves.  I love how she plays with the skirt to keep it out of the way while she rides.  The episode finished with a handjob.  Of course, I am not gonna sit here and tell you that I am completely content with the action here.
